TGIF! Friday night, David and I played Texas Hold'em Poker with some friends of ours. Derek & Jamie hosted; Bof, Denese, Kathy, Joe, David, Myself and Adam, Derek's brother, were the remaining players. We play a couple times a month. Small stakes, $5/game. We play tournament style so all players put in $5, then whomever wins the tournament gets the full pot and the second place player gets their $5 back. I'm an okay player, I've actually won the pot a couple of times. I guess I have some skill, but half the time I don't know what I'm doing, I just seem to luck out. Either way, bottom line is that it's just a lot of fun!! One of my favorite of our regular activities.
Tonight, David and I are going to his company holiday party. It's at the Westin in Downtown. Should be fun, I'll post a photo and some details when we get back. Until then enjoy your Saturday everyone!
