I have an AWESOME boyfriend!!
My day started out pretty much the same as every other. Checked email, had a conference call or two, general work stuff, etc. Then after work, David and I went to the grocery store. Here I am picking up some pepper. Not just any kind of pepper though, the Peppercorn, "Grinders" variety. I highly recommend it. A little more expensive, but much better than just regular pepper.
Anyway...after we left the store, got home and put all the groceries away, David asked if he could give me my Valentines Day presents early. He has a hard time waiting. Now, I already knew he was getting me a Barbie, because he had basically told me that's what he got me, but I had no idea he got me this many...
My Dad had gotten me two of the "Grease" Barbies for Christmas, which I of course loved! He got me the Rizzo and Sandy varieties from the "At the Ball" series, so David got me the other two "At the Ball" dolls, Frenchy and Cha Cha. Then he also got me Cha Cha from the "At the Bridge" series. It didn't stop there. He also got me the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz Collection, the most recent release of the Lucille Ball Collection, two from the Barbies of the World Collection, Scotland and France, and last but not least and my current "Barbie of Month", "Went with the Wind" The Carol Burnett Show Collection (designed by Bob Mackie). Crazy! I love them all. He asked me if I wanted Barbies or Jewelry for Valentines Day and I said, Barbies of course! I know most girls would be cringing right now, but I don't really wear a lot of jewelry and the only piece of jewelry I would want from him, we're not quite ready for so the Barbies are perfect!!
